Questions, answered straight
The things guests actually write to ask us, with the real answer rather than the comfortable one.
What time can I check in and check out?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. If your flight lands early or leaves late, write to us before you travel and we will tell you honestly whether we can move it for your dates, rather than promising and then rearranging.
How do I get the keys?
It depends on the apartment, and each apartment page says which it is. Most have self check-in with a key safe, and we send the instructions before you travel. For the rest, someone meets you at the door with the keys at a time we agree with you beforehand.
Is booking here cheaper than a booking platform?
Booking platforms add a service fee to the guest on top of the nightly rate. There is no such fee here. You pay the nightly rate, the cleaning fee where one applies, and the Paris tourist tax.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
Payment is taken by card through our booking system, which is operated by Guesty and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Are all the apartments in central Paris?
Yes. They run from the 2nd arrondissement to the 15th, and every one of them is within walking distance of a metro station. The apartment page names the nearest stations and lines.
Can you take more guests than the number shown?
Only where the apartment page says so. Two of our studios are designed for one guest, and one of those can take a second for a supplement. The rest are firm: the number shown is the number the beds and the building permit.
Is there a lift?
In most buildings, no, and we say so on each apartment page. One apartment is on the fourth floor with no lift at all. If stairs are a problem, tell us and we will point you to the ground-floor apartments.
Can I park?
None of the buildings has private parking, which is normal for central Paris. Each apartment page names the nearest public car park and roughly what it costs.
Do you take pets?
No, the apartments do not accept pets.
What if something goes wrong during my stay?
You get a phone number that reaches a person in Paris, not a queue. Someone can be at the apartment the same day.
